Had issues with sound on new TV and Geek Squad came to the house and turned out to be settings on Directv so technician changed and then even showed me some neat features of the new TV didn't even know were there.

Protection plan purchased for new TV, router and wireless printer. Best Buy protection plans are worth the money if anything goes wrong with your electronic equipment.

service is great the people are nice and they make sure they do whatever they can to make sure you are a happy customer.

It’s fine for the price but it shuts off when it wants far too much. I’ve only had it a little over a year and it been doing it for months before my year came up. I mean even while watching a program it’ll go back to the Home Screen. It’s so annoying. If I had of remembered I had protection on it I would of took it back sooner. So I’m going to take it back after just checking to see if I have coverage for it.

This protection is a great peace of mind. I bought a high end tv and didn’t want to gamble having issues.

I was sad that it did not cover a thing on my tv. Very disappointed that my tv has something wrong witb it.

Have no complaints about my purchase. Got the macbook air just to use at home and for nothing heavy. Its been working good and hasn't failed me yet for what I use it for.

I’m a big fan of geek squad warranty. If anything happens they have you covered. So always worth the money
