I love speaking with Geed squad staff because they are so knowledgeable and able to help people with no experience like me.

I have had bad luck with smaller flat screen TVs (that lasted only 2-3 years) so I decided it was worth getting. If the TV becomes unusable, they will repair or replace it.

Great service coverage with even better customer service. Now I dont have to worry about my items being covered.

After purchasing a fairly expensive TV, the extra $$ spent for the Geek Squad protection package gives you peace of mind in case something does go wrong with your purchase.

Giving this a 4 because I haven't had to use it. Was told it covered my purchase for 5 years. I hope i never have to use. but I'm glad I have the protection if and when it's needed

Would be without it. I could do the work myself but seeing them doing it, amazing! They did things I can’t even describe.

Purchased tv in 2015, purchased Geek squad warranty then. Had issue with it GS came out and issued credit for full purchase price.

Haven’t used the Protection Plan. But it was in my Best Interest to have this Plan never know what may happen and It’s a Good Plan that Covers some “MAJOR” Problems.

Whenever i brought electronic things from Bestbuy, i would like to take Geek Squad Protection-The team is very nice and friendly, very usefull to protect my expensive things.

The Geek Squad Warranty is well worth the money, and the Geek Squad agents are great.

I will never buy a tv without a warranty, I made that mistake and after 3 years it isn't working so to me it a no brainer for a OLED.

Haven’t had to use yet, but so glad I got it. TV has been a mess and I’m going to have to use the warranty.

We just got only 2 years protection for our tv ! It is very important to have it you never know what will happen to the tv !

Cant beat their warranty plan if something goes wrong take it in they fix it. If they cant fix it they replace it. I would recommend any high dollar purchases use this service.

For large items for home, it's a great investment if you plan on keeping it for a few years. I've always had great services in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Worth it!
