I bought 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for a Hisense TV. The tv had a manufacture warranty for 2 years. I started having issues with the TV as soon as it got outside of the warranty. Hisense said they couldn’t help so I called Best Buy to see about my Geek Squad Protection, the rep told me it ran concurrently with my manufacturer warranty from Hisense. So I’m not only out the money for a defective TV, I’m out $120 for GSP that didn’t start after my manufacturer’s warranty ended.

Haven't had to use it yet, but I sleep better at night knowing my electronic product is protected.

Must have fir added piece of mind. Not expensive for extra coverage.

This 5 Year Protection Plan Is Perfect Insurance For Any Problems.

after reading issues people have with the very slim t.v.s today. I would say this is needed. JUST IN CASE. Its not a 5 because I thought it was pricey.

Always recommend geek squad. If they can't fix it you get another product replacement or a refund.
