We haven't had a reason to use the Geek Squad yet. Nice to know its protected for a few years in case anything comes up.

I bought this coverage to protect one of my most expensive purchases.

I hope I never need to use it, but the coverage over 5 years is great. Too good of a deal to pass up with Geek Squad assistance. Peace of mind on my new tv purchase is worth it.

Got the 5 year protection plan for my tv in case anything goes wrong, I’ve had good experiences in the past with them

Protection plan came in handy with the last TV. I was a few months from it running out and they gave me a brand new TV.

No complaints here. Best Buy does seem to be a great place to buy products with good peace of mind.

The LG C1 has geat picture quality and sound this is one of the best tvs for gaming

Although I purchased Samsung TV I like to be on the safe side so I got the 5 year Protection Plan and I really recommend it cause here in PR we have lots of power outage.

Generelly stick with HP computers and i am pleased. The camera quality could be better however everythjng else is great!!

Easy to get questions answered by the Geek Squad. They are very patient and can talk you through what to do to fix the problem. Wouldn't buy a major purchase without it!

My TV is only six months old. No problems so far. I usually don't buy extended warranties , but with electronics being what they are I thought I'd give the Geek Squad a shot.

They mounted , they set up , they made sure it worked & they explained everything !
