We always purchase the Geek Squad service on major electronics we purchase at Best Buy. Wouldn't leave home without it.

I bought this and didnt need it. I had good luck with my TCL tv but feared the worst. Did i waste money on the protection?

Without this 2 year protection plan. How else would I get all the handsome boys in uniform out to my house?

It's a great Samsung television.. I had it for a few months and I have not had any problems with the unit.. it has a great resolution

As always, Bestbuy has the best protection plan and a must when spending money on expensive items.

Warranty is great through them. I hope I don’t have to use it but if I do I know I’m covered

I am happy to purchase product protection, thankfully I haven't had to use it, but to have the safe and secure feeling knowing my product has some insurance feels awesome

If you buy an OLED TV from anyone, get this plan. You are covered. Don't let burn in scare you. Get this coverage for sure.

Your always gonna need that extra protection on any appliances so for the price and how many years was worth it for me

Even though u are paying alot for the item it's great to have backup protection , never know when it will go bad

Good technicians with great customer service skills. Very busy though. Had to wait a week to get help to hang TV hangers.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

Good way to insure those larger purchases because **** happens.
