I got this for my tv, but I’m giving the review based on what happened with my laptop. Please do not buy this at all.

Would not purchase this service goes into effect the day of purchase amd the warranty fpr tje fridge is just as long and makes this product a waate of money luckily we caught it amd the refunded our money

Don't bother getting any of these from Best Buy because they give you a big speech about if you have kids get this because we know how kids are with stuff, but when the "stuff" happened, the new speech, sorry that's not covered. Straight up liars!

VEHTECHNOLOGY AGENT CAME INSTALLED PARTS SHIPPED TO HIM BY GEEK. TV STILL WONT WORK. HARRIS WITH VEHTECHNOLOGY SENT MESSAGE TO WARRANTY CO TV NEED REPLACING ON SEPT 25.NO WORD . HONOR OUR CONTRACT?

When tv was delivered, we received no paperwork in regards to the 2 year extended warranty that we purchased .

It is cool to have, but watch out certain things do not apply to the service

Brought the tv down to my apartment door. BUT the issue is YOU NEED TO CALL AHEAD!!!!! DO NOT EMAIL!

My main problem with Geek Squad is that they do not disclose that you will have to send your product out and it may take a month or more to get it back. The inhouse techs really appear to there to promote sales of Geek Squad.

The geek squad never honored my 5 year extended warranty after the TV malfunction two years after purchasing it. The geek squad tech never showed up to the second appointment. never again with Best Buy.

Audio sucks! Internet channels audio keeps going. Even after restarting with restarting. This tv is a lemon! Need a total replacemen

Unknowningly didn't have chance to experience. Purchased this with a tv. Previous purchases would send notifications prior to expiration to give you the opportunity to extend. However this was not the case. Expired on March 4th. TV died on March 16th, causing me to have to purchase all over again both

There is always an issue whenever you need to use your warranty. Don't purchase geek squad

It's hard to get to the apps, And you can't get the apps on the TV, Like Bet Plus

They never answer and I called about my tv it had a black line at the bottom and the guy transfered me to tcl and I was like what the heck I got the plan through y’all not tcl and tcl didn’t even answer horrible service

Requested tv service instead said i would recieve a gift card that i still have not recieved

Overpriced for the coverage. Was in a situation that I had to get it to cover myself, otherwise I would have passed.

1 -Difficult to get through; 2 - poor service quality, we've put in multiple calls and problem persists; 3 - be ready to spend the day at home waiting, appointment windows are wide enough to drive a truck through.

Aweful experience best buy kept me circling for 5 months May 2024 to Sept 2024, With no one showing up on their in home appointments. Then they won't service the TV in store.

Buy a smart tv with extended warranty also purchased the install and setup by geek squad.So they come and hook everything up got it all set up in like an hour. 3 months or so later the tv falls off the mount and slams into our tv stand then to the floor. So I call best buy tell them what happened they tell me to call geek squad. I call they tell me they don't have a install and setup and refused to help me.Needless to say I had to take another course and I can only hope to get this resolved.
