well this is good to have when your tv didnt work right it covers everything so get it

SORRY WE HAVE NOT HAD TO USE THE GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY. we SWT UP EVERYTHING OUTSELVES BUT BOUGHT THE WARRANTY JUST IN CASE.

The agents that mounted my tv were amazing. I love Geek Squad.

We haven’t had to use it recently, but in the past they have been great with resolving the issue with our computer.

Great television. Was satisfied with the google tv software. There was a conflict with my sound bar remote.

Hopefully we won’t need to use this. I bought it on a tv that was purchased years ago. We needed to use the warranty and had excellent service Go Geek Squad!

Wanted to have coverage for 5 years so I would not have to pay repairs if a issue came up. So far have not needed anything.

I really hope I never have to cash in and use this as a very high-quality TV but I’m glad that I made this purchase

70 bucks for 5 year protection on my tv. If something happens they'll come here and fix it. Or deliver a brand new one. Thank you to the employee who offered it to me.

So I bought the warranty for my 40 inch TCL on October of 2023. I called in cause I had a ghost image and I couldn't get any thing for local channels to work on this Tv and I tried 4 of them. So I called in and they said I had to bring it in or they could charge me to send repair out for service. I had a warranty that said you would never be charged?? So I just had shoulder surgery in May. It didn't go well and now in 2 weeks I am about to have my second surgery on my shoulder. I am older in my 60S. I brought the Tv in and the gentle said I wasn't supposed to bring it in. I would have to take it home and they would charge me. I have a warranty. I told my problem. Then he said he would check if they could replace it for me. Then he came back and said he would have to send it out for repair and it would be more than 2 weeks. I am having surgery and really need to have my Tv. I have always made Best Buy my first stop with TVs. I am going to replace my Tv in living room soon. But I am disappointed that not if I get my Tv I won't be able to install on wall with one arm. Just very disappointed with the overall process. I was hoping for a better outcome.

The Geek Squad got me all set-up and listened to all of my questions an concerns. My rep (Darnell) was very helpful and even carried the TV out to my truck. Very cool!

Good warranty and piece of mind. I am glad I could get 5 ear warranty for the TV I bought.

WITH THESE EXPENSIVE DEVICES YOU REALLY WANT TO BE SAFE AND GET A WARRANT , GEEK SQUAD PROVIDES EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Great protection. Doesn't matter what brand you buy, anything can go wrong. This protection plan will make me worry free. If it does go bad, I will be covered on this TV.
