Geek squad is a valuable protection plan. They are very helpful

Bought a plan for my last 50" TV. had issues after year one and geek squad came out and replaced the main board. year two it started giving me the same issue and was told it couldn't be repaired. Instead of giving me a comparable TV, they gave me the money back I paid for the TV. That would typically be good but I got this TV at a huge discount so I could not possibly replace it with anything comparable. I would have rather had my TV repaired or given something similar. When I purchased the plan I asked if the plan would get me something similar if it ever came to it and was told it would. I specifically asked because of the low price. Instead I had to add $500 of my own money to get something similar. Geek Squad should really provide more options when fulfilling their plans.

I always buy the warranties just in case you need it. Better to spend 30 dollars and not need it than to not spend it and have to buy a new tv out of pocket.

Good deal always get Warranty backs up everything you ever had A problem.

From what I've read the protection is great, I have not yet had to use it and in all honesty I hope I don't. I do feel safe having the protection though.

You've got to get this. It's a must. If you don't get the protection, you can't get the connection.

When you buy an expensive product. You should always purchase some type of warranty or protection service. Therefore, Geek Squad protection is the way to go!

Needed service. The came quickly They honor their service plans. Always buy the protection plans. Worth the money .

I purchase a protection plan for anything over $200. Best Buy protection plans are pretty good
