I’ve purchased it but didn’t have to use it yet. Hopefully i don’t need it

I buy one with all my purchases over $200. I used it on a 55 inch insignia that crapped out. Ling story short got a brand new 55 inch LG free.

Great support and I recommend that everyone get this protection for their purchase.

Best Buy is batting 0-1 with me. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a TV repair at my house. I took the day off work with no compensation for the appointment. So today, 13, June 2025 on the day of my appointment, Best Buy canceled my appointment without explanation and wants to reschedule. Absolutely terrible experience. Because my TV is larger than 42” I cannot take it to the store. For geek squad to look at. Again, absolutely terrible experience and customer service with Best Buy. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ll also be talking with family and friends about this, and I’m 100% they will never shop at Best Buy again either.

I always buy the protection plan, when you least expect it, it has saved my butt many times!

I have had to use this protection plan twice out of the five items I have on the plan and they give you absolutely no problems. They are very helpful and polite. Definitely highly recommend it when you have kids.

I got this for my Samsung tv because my wife said we don’t if something might happen to it.

Why not have backup? I've never had to use the service but I'm glad I purchased it.
