the 5 year geek squad service is good to have. I have not used it yet but if I need to its there already.

You can't go wrong with the Geek Squad warranty! I used it for A TV purchased for my father, so I can relax and let him explore his TV channels!

My experience with my geek squad TV replacement was nothing short of a nightmare. After a mistake on there end...what should have only taken 2 days for the replacement ended up taking over a month. I literally called over 15 times and was told something different by every CSR that I talked to. Eventually the gift card that was supposed to be electronically sent showed up in the mail with no correspondence from Geek Squad. I am grateful that my TV replacement was covered under warranty but furious about the way it was handled and how long it took.

Using the geek squad is an awesome tool since I am not computer or tech savy... very helpful in many ways

Purchased because I bought an Open Box TCL TV. I have this for my computers and home and they do a good job of keeping them running in tip top shape!

When I called for help the person explained how to correct the situation and there was no need to come to the house as they were willing to

I PRAY that this warranty I purchased is the best. The price was a little bit more than I wanted to pay. However, we will see if I need it. How it will work out for me.

Five years group protection have not had to use it yet hopefully it works as they say it does.
