Nice buy. On best buy. I recommend all my friends and family

Our tv went out a week and a half ago, called Best Buy since we bought the warranty. They have given us (7!!!!!!) different appointment times for someone to come to our house and today makes 4 no shows for someone to repair, they say we can’t bring the 75in to the store because it’s over the 42in limit….. do not waste your money on the warranty because Best Buy DOES NOT fulfill it. We have talked to store managers, geek squad, repair guys, worst experience ever when it comes to fixing our crap

I have purchased geak squad before and they are very good and much better than most warranties, and if you need them they will be there for YOU !!!

purchased for my tv installation and hook up. but used them too for my computer problems. i think this is a super buy. would recommend to all.

As always the geek squad is the best and always there when you need them to come out and either fix or replace your item. I keep this protection.

Only used it a few times and went to Best Buy on one occasion and was told I had to make an appointment even though no one was waiting so I called the manager in order to get the service taken care of. When it works -- it works fine.

Getting a 5 year on a TV almost guarantees you a new TV for the price you paid! It's completely worth it! I stand by Geek Squad and their commitment to quality service! Highly recommend it!

I have purchased quite a few products from Best Buy and I always choose to add Geek Squad for anything with moving parts. I have had to use the service a couple of times and am very happy with the outcome.

Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.

With included damage coverage, it definitely can come in handy and provide peace of mind
