Always happy to purchase the protection plan in the event that something were to go wrong.

This has been the complete failure for TV replacement. Manufacture only touts that they are working on firmware updates and keep asking us to wait until they fix the issues and then bestbuy keeps touting that it is only up to the manufacture to handle all the issues within the first year. Have been stuck with a frustrating family situation when ever we try and turn the set on and make it work right with the new gaming machines. This turned out to be a big joke. BestBuy is certainly no longer the company they used to be. They took care of us for years and the last 3 -4 years has been a nightmare of experiences and Sams and Walmart have never failed to just address the problem and take care of it immediately and on several products we didn’t even have the extended warranty. They just seem to stand up for the consumer and try to do the right thing, not the corporate thing. We have since stopped over 33 people and family from doing any future business with BestBuy.

The TV works great. It was also very light weight making it easy to mount.

These Geek Guys are all pros and do A-1 work. Appointments made are kept as promised and the quality of the work is excellent.

I took the 5 year protection because of the investment I made for this TV. Hopefully I won't need it but it's there if I do.
