This is my second plan. My first, four and one-half years ago saved me when my Sony 65 tv failed. Bestbuy could not repair the set so they gave me a new, modern Sony. This save me $1,800.

You can't go wrong with Geek Squad Protection, such a small price for a piece of mind, whenever I purchase anything big from Best Buy I always go for the added protection plan.

They set up my TV and show me easy settings. Also in store they helped me reset my laptops and explained me all the problems my laptops had. They are kind, honest and trustworthy people. Thanks

Geek squad Plans are OK but kind of expensive and your refund will only be in Best Buy gift cards

I bought the Geek Squad plan to protect two of my Samsung TV purchases. The plan was better priced than the competition and it also offers two more years of protection for a total of five years. Recommend anyone purchase these plans on TV's.
