Came out to my home, on time, and assessed my tv. Quickly replaced my television.

It has great that Best Buy offers this extra protection for a small price. I have not had to use the Geek Squad yet, but it is nice to know they are there when I need them.

Cant beat their warranty plan if something goes wrong take it in they fix it. If they cant fix it they replace it. I would recommend any high dollar purchases use this service.

Good warranty for a small price just in case I ever come up with issues with the television I purchased this warranty for.
