I always buy these warranties but I have never used them once. I guess that in my case I can only say that the promise of the warranty is great, I just cannot comment on the delivery of such promise because so far I have never need it to use it.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.
