Great find for the price. It was a gift and hook up was pretty simple good find

For the price of the open box vs the retail price this is an ok soundplate. I definitely would not pay the retail price for the soundplate because I believe there are better ones out there for the price.

My review is about "Open Box". This is my first time utilizing Best Buy online. My Sony speaker didn't even power on. I am glad that you have insurance policies.

I have not had to use this warranty yet so I can't really say much. Be assured if I am unhappy everyone will know.

It’s great with good base in movies and for music. No option screen tho it just does what it’s programmed to do.

Handshake issue knowing by Denon. I spoke to an agent from Denon and I was told to take the equipment back to the store for a replacement. After I did that the store sent the equipment to be fixed and I still have the same issue. They do not want to exchange the equipment.

I’ve been having nothing but problems trying to hook up my TV with my switch and my surroundsound so I just now noticed you have a case but how would I get you guys to come here and help me with some of my stuff I mean it’s all hung up and down but somethings not right I think one of the bolts holding the tv is not correct

This is purchased just in case. Since item is new not sure if needed but better safe then sorry.

Very disappointed in Yamaha. Used to listen to it when I was a kid on really big speakers, but this one just doesn't sound like anything. The TV is just as loud as the soundbar. Really wish I could return it and the remote broke right away. Thumbs down

Never had to use it but best my associates made me comfortable that if I had any issues within 2 years they would replace my system.

Geek Squad service is not free. I don't know what is meant by Geek Squad service being included for 4 years. Geek Squad would not even answer a question unless I paid them in advance. This is of no benefit to anyone.
