    Read the plan before buying it

    When we buy these plans we have in mind what we will get out of it and what they are actually selling you. In short...if you are buying this to cover accidental physical damage you are mistaken. They will not even come out to look at it. They told me to find a TV repair shop. This is not how it was explained to me in the store. I have kids...so when they tried to sell me the protection plan I said no. Then we talked more about it, I said if my kids knocks the tv over or anything like that will it be covered. He said yes....read the plans. If your specific “want” is t in the plan...do t buy it.

    Decent sound system but my only complaint is that if its in cinema mode and turned up higher than 35 it starts making a horrible humming/buzzing sound that wont go away till you turn it down or change the eq. Very frustrating.

    On July 6, 2016 when I bought 4 Samsung products at Best Buy, the associate assured me that by buying all Samsung products that they would work well together and I would have no problems with them, as they are made to compliment each other. Well I found out differently. When I set everything up at home I found that the TV and sound bar were off. The lips of the people talking on the TV did not match the sound coming out of the sound bar. When I switched back to the TV sound only and turned off the sound bar, the lip sync was perfect. Also with the sound bar, when I changed channels the sound would have to be changed up or down the level I could hear it. Also when a commercial comes on, the sound goes down low where you have to strain to hear it. I spoke to several people at Best Buy and they referred me to the Geek Squad. They said that I could either bring in the sound bar and exchange it for another one, which I did, but had the same problem with the second one. Again I spoke with the Geek Squad and they told me they could come to the house and calibrate the sound bar so that it would be in sync with the TV, but would cost me $150.00.

    Geek squad agravation

    Had to use geek squad service for a frig and the repair people didn’t show 1st time 2nd times was “fixed” 3rd time replaced but it was soo much aggravation and confusion. Mailed a food spoilage claim and it took a month to hear.

    Misleading Product Name

    Purchased a 4 year service agreement on a soundbar. Unit went bad after 13 months. Store replaced the unit, but made me buy another 4 year plan. Does not seem logical. I should have still had 35 months left on original agreement or I should have gotten credit for the unused portion of the agreement. Seems like it should be retitled as a "$25 replacement plan".

Our plans cover a wide variety of things that could happen, but once the plan has been fulfilled (replaced in your instance), a new plan would need to be purchased to cover the new replacement device.
