All in all, Geek squad could not fix issue, and did not provide a 1:1 replacement either. Purchased this with Geek Squad warranty for an LG Sound-bar that ended up having a well document issue online, and they could not fix and were unable to swap for a 1:1 like for like option of any other brand. Instore agents did however give me an in store full refund which was appreciated, but defeats the point of this warranty. They offered to exchange for anything else of the same purchased price, which is in direct contrast to the wording of “MSRP on receipt at time of purchase regardless of sale price” literature on Geek Squads warranty terms. So worthless warranty unfortunately, avoid buying.

Horrible. Sent in my soundbar almost a month ago, still haven't received it back. There's obviously an issue with it. The"tech" couldn't duplicate the issue (sound cutting out, forced to unplug to get it to come back on) so they're sending it back. It was supposed to be ready for pickup 5 days ago, still no update as of 12 days. Not a timely service, and also zero help. Feel scammed

I got a brand new 86in lg tv and decided to get a new lg sound bar. I have always used vizio. #1 it does not come with an optical cord. I went and got a cord and it doesnt connect via optical. #2 it doesnt stay connected to bluetooth. I have to connect it every single time i turn on the tv and apple tv. #3 sometimes the rear speakers dont play. #4 I literally have to use 3 remotes every time never had this problem with my vizio system. I wouldn’t purchase again in fact i am going to sell mine after only having it for one month.

I’ve tried, used, tested and been disappointed with everything's within a $2k price range. Nakachimi is on their way to solidify them as the best 360 degree SSE sound system on the market. The simplest plug and play sound system money can buy. It just works and if you’re stuck on anything they are just a phone call away. Unparalleled customer service support that you cannot find anywhere in America today. I think they might be the only company that hasn’t outsourced customer support to outside countries. That alone puts them in a position to have me as a steady customer forever. The 9.2.4 and 7.1.2 eARC systems have made my family’s movie time together, EPIC! The moment I plugged into the sound bar, paired the subs, upgraded firmware and hit play on Top Gun 2, I have been reeling from the experience. Horror movies like “A Quiet Place 1 & 2, IT and Anime Series Godzilla planet of the monsters 1, 2 & 3 have been sitting directly in the middle of every scene! Sitcoms are easily enjoyable by switching to All CH Stereo. Making older shows my daughter watches enjoyable. Silo was a heart pounding, edge of the seat Sci-Fi thriller that I blew through for the 2nd time and enjoyed it much more than the 1st. This system is hands down better than anything else I have ever experienced. If there’s anything that could be improved, it’s the volume on the subs. If Nakachimi added a volume turn knob on the back of each sub without turning down SS speaker, it be absolute perfection IMO! That’s the only thing from time to time I wish could be controlled. If theirs a way and I just haven’t figured it out yet, please share. I bought these 2 system’s during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. Starting with the 9.2.4 for the whole family. I was so impressed by it that I added the 7.1.2 to my Mancave. PS5 games are insane and pull me even further into the video game than ever before. My Mancave has been turned into what I had always dreamed of having without spending $10k. The Xbox X in the family room is equally amazing. It’s the system that I don’t play often so I put it downstairs on the 9.2.4. While I can close the door and play my PS5 in a way like never before. I am a PS gamer at heart but always have both systems. There's a few games that I enjoy playing enough to justify the Xbox X expense. I’d feel comfortable saying that I’d have zero regrets if I happened to purchase these at full price. The Black Friday, zero interest at Best Buy has always been my go to time to upgrade anything I call a big purchase. It was a steal and I whole heartedly recommend buying this system. You will not be disappointed. TY Nakachimi for producing a product that does not disappoint.

Im old, did not use AI to write this review and have owned many soundbars, some with price tags of over $600. They all had some feature limitation. But then I purchased this HiSense soundbar to replace a 4 year old LG soundbar, When you think of a perfect Atmos soundbar you need to be thinking of this Hisense bar. Setup was fast & simple, getting it all out of the box is the most difficult step. I hooked it to the eArc HDMI port of my LG 8k TV. The subwoofer and rear speakers are 100% wireless except for their electrical plugin. Remote is simple and functional. Turn bar on, all speakers auto pair up. Turn on TV, find a movie with Atmos sound and wow. Sound is great and room filling. Good bass and surround effects. Dialogue is clear. The bar has words that appear within the sound bar to show settings / input on changing, then disappear. Very nice when you are vision challenged in a dark room. So far I have found no negatives. And it is priced right!

Soundbars for TV’s are like popcorn for your Movie Theatre experience. You don’t need it, but you are missing the experience if you don’t have it. I’ve been using a competitor brand soundbar for around 3 years now and I can no longer go back to not having one. For those of you that have more than one monitor for your computer at home or at work, you know once you go more you can never go down again. This Samsung soundbar has amazing immersive sound with the Dolby Digital 5.1 DTS Virtual:X it will seem like you are there! It completely surrounds you in a 3D sound effect. It encompasses you from in front, both sides and even bounces off the ceiling. There is a dedicated center speaker that enhances the dialogue, so you don’t have trouble hearing the dialogue over the noisy background noises or explosions. Built in Adaptive Sound Lite will optimize what you are listening to whether it is sports, games movies, music and more. You can connect the TV to this soundbar multiple of ways, there is an included HDMI cable, supported Bluetooth or the optical cable (not included) but it has the port available. Beside for all the functionality of the soundbar being amazing, the aesthetics are beautiful for a soundbar. To sum it up if you are looking for a high quality soundbar with amazing sound clarity and great value this is the soundbar for you.

This JBL Soundbar has very good movie theater sound quality and gives you an exceptional audio experience. I like the clear sound and deep bass when listening to music and watching movies, it sounds like you're in a movie theatre! I bought this soundbar on sale and saved $120.00. This is what I was looking for in a soundbar. The setup is simple and quick. It is a fantastic soundbar and you don't have to spend a lot of money. I am recommending this soundbar to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

Great experience with each of the Geeks that I spoke too (4-5). Very informative and answered all my questions in more detail than expected. The Crystal Lake store in IL. I feel have the best Geeks that I ever dealt with. More Best Buys store should stand up and take notice!!! Being friendly and just talk to guy/gal on the other side of the counter sometime and not just walk by them when walking around doing something else. The Crystal Lake store is the exception to the rule!! Glad I went there, and will continue to go there in the future.

* EXCELLENT* coverage program. A coworkwr accidentally sat on my laptop, and cracked the screen- it was sent out for repair by best buy, and at no cost to me, it was given a new screen. 10/10 recommend this coverage for any expensive purchase.

The guys in the store where so kind and helpful i wasnt for sure on how to get my item fixed and they just replaced and went and found it in the store! And it was 2 years old! In and out 15 minutes.

The problem with buying quality products is that the manufacturers warranty usually doesn't last long enough. That's where geek squad protection plans kick in. I love them and I purchase one for every major purchase I make at Best Buy. Regardless of the cost up front, they are a worthwhile investment. And if they're ever needed, the money they save you is a lot more than the money you paid up front.

Best Buy has the best extended warranty plans, hands down. The last time I had to use one was when my Google Nest doorbell camera stopped working. I brought in the main unit and was told to grab a new one off the floor. It was a newer model and happened to be on sale for $10 less than what I originally paid. I got that $10 back in a gift card. The process has always been so easy. Redditors, like myself, always recommend them.

This was my first true AV receiver I ever purchased. Before I had only gone with “all-in-one” setups by Samsung. While those were good for living in a small apartment with many neighbors, once I lived in a space that allowed me more freedom, I knew I wanted a more powerful sound system. With a 7.1 setup and Dolby Atmos as well as DTS:X decoding, this mid-range receiver absolutely blew everything I had in the past out of the water. With tons of customizable settings, this is more than capable of allowing for comfortable night-time viewing without sacrificing too much surround sound as well as maxing it out to 11 when you want to test your speakers or just show off. My ONLY complaints with this is that it lacks some of the sophistication I’ve seen higher end receivers have when it comes to higher tones/treble. While not constant, often enough there would be noticeable static from the center channel during certain dialogue moments (typically when people are screaming or yelling, but sometimes even when talking at room volume). This may only be truly noticeable to an audiophile’s ears, but it can be frustrating none the less. The final complaint is that unfortunately my unit no longer works after 5 years of use. I went to go turn it on with the power button on the receiver itself and there was a static shock that shut the receiver down and it never came back on. This was after my warranty period had expired, so I was simply out of luck. I can’t definitively say this is a fault of the product itself and just a 1-in-1,000,000 chance on my part, but it may be worth noting regardless. Either way, this is a very powerful receiver for a mid-range price that I would argue is worth more than what I paid.

I wanted to give an accurate rating, since I read reviews and they do influence my purchases somewhat, so when I rated Best Buy with the 1-5 stars, I had to check 5 stars for this sale. In everyway they met my needs and helped me decide with an informed decision on a TV purchase. It would be ready for pick-up at my convienance as it wasn't going to fit in the car I drove, so this gave me plenty of time to arrange things at home for what I chose to be the perfect spot for the new 55" TV I purchased. I also continued to do more reading on all the different choises there are. The ultra led hdtv, qled, oled and hdr, which was the one thing I wasn't to sure about. Their sales specialists were highly knowledgeable and explained to me what each feature was and exactly what it did, so after doing a little reading of my own I knew I wouldn't be happy with my original purchase, so when I went in to pick the TV up, they were happy to change my order, and do an upgrade, so I purchased a similar tv, this time I included the hdr. Seriously, these guys are no hype, just the facts. I remember my first 55" smart tv I purchased, I really had no decisions to make other than the size, but now unless you know what all the abbreviations stand for, one would be a wreck trying to figure it all out and even if you know the terms, you need to know what they actually do. I purchased the ulta hdtv, now with the hdr( high definition resolution), and walking out I felt great and knew I had made an informed decision and purchase. I have to say they all helped me make the right choice and purchase for my home watching experience to be the best it can be and at a price that fit my budget. I couldn't be happier. I've just moved to the Portland area from Sacramento, where I bought my first nice computer set at the Best Buy there in 2000. It's where I learned of Best Buy i and haven't had a negative experience with any of my purchases yet, hope I never will. I would have to say most purchases I've made have been some type of electronic's need. It's where I go for any technical and or major home purchase, knowing I'll walk out feeling informed on any purchase I've made. They haven't changed and seem to carry their same selling philosophy everywhere, which is great for any consumer. I will write again to say a few words about the TV and how much I know I will be enjoying it. PS. I also bought a sound-bar, last, but not least. I was looking, asked a question, and bam, I walked out with one. I can't wait to listen to it. I'm going to, not only connect it via bluetooth to the TV, but to the stereo also. So Awesome!! I opted to have the Geek Squad install my 65" Samsung television and I'm so glad I did. They took care of the inwall wiring, mounting the television on the wall and doing all the setup. The setup seemed more complex than I would have expected, so I'm glad they took care of it.
