I always buy the insurance from geek squad, once I broke my device and they fixed it, then it broke again and I got a refurbished one then another product was discontinued so I still got the credit of the original value even almost two years later.

I always get the protection plans. I am a Beat Buy total tech support member and plans are sold to me at a discounted rate. I like the feeling I get knowing I have additional coverage to protect my investment in the case of a breakdown.

This is great I have many entertainment devise hooked up to this. No problems at all switching to different devices. Very easy to set up. Does get hot after many hours of use. Given proper ventilation. Would recommend

Great service. I've had to call them into my home twice to help work my denon stereo system and both times they were wonderful.

I think this is an excellent warranty! You can never be too safe, you want to make sure your product is protected throughout the duration of its life!

Who doesn't like a good protection plan. I've used their plan mostly on gaming headsets as my son breaks them, but wanted one for my soundbar as I normally don't buy soundbars.

I use my sound bar religiously on a daily basis so I figured I should buy a 4-year extended protection plan to be on the safe side. With technology these days it's a gamble so I feel it's well worth the investment.

Service calls can be costly without extended protection. Electronic and appliances are not made sturdy like they were decades ago and I like knowing the total costs of repair (and even replacement!) are covered under these plans.

I just love the peace of mind that comes with geek squad protection, reasonably priced for electronic equipment.

My LG TV and LG sound is a wonderful movie theater in my living room and I'm so grateful that I added The geek squad for a protection plan that I have not yet used which is wonderful I enjoy my entertainment system

This protection plan is the best thing offered. Geek Squad always gives excellent service. Even if you only use it for routine virus removals and verifications, it is well worth the price. And in actual problem, They resolved immediately.

Unfortunately I have not requested assistance on the purchase of my soundbar. But I have had issues with my printer and the Geek Squad were very helpful, but I did not have the printer covered. I am happy to say that my new soundbar is covered.
