My husband purchased a head set for his semi. Dropped it and broke. Went into to the store to the squad. Got a brand new one before we left. Didn’t have to wait on the phone or even a week to get a new one

We brought it home and set it up and it sound amazing!!!

The sound is amazing. I like how you can change the sound depending on what you are watching. Overall you can't beat the sound and quality for the price.

All Seeing protection plans at every major retailer outlet in the United States. Best Buy isn't perfect and the people at the return counter could be a little nicer but I was only once and I get it, however when it comes to protection plans they are second to none they make it happen and I don't leave the story empty handed or more angry than when I walked in the store. That's worth its weight in gold to me any day of the week.

Geek squad is the only insurance from a big box store i trust o not mess with me, treat me fair and do what they can. When my product had a problem they quickly looked at it, and even after my 4 years as almost up they reimbursed me for the time remaining and helped me find a suitable replacement!

Great sound. Wonderful interface. Suddenly (5 months later) said “No Network” even though it was connected. Did a factory reset and the issue persisted until I connected a LAN cable. Ah well.

I’ve bought warranties from other companies that don’t do anything and if you are lucky enough to get them to do something you have to jump through a million hoops and it’s not worth it, BUT NOT with the geek squad. I’ve had entire appliances replaced, parts replaced and never any unwanted questions ever asked just awesome customer service and repairs hadled in a timely and professional manner!!

Did not get to use, the item I purchased this for I ended up returning. But I would highly recommend anyone to purchase Geek Squad for their electronics purchase to keep an extra piece of mind. Covers everything even after the manufactures warranty ends, which is always very nice to have. Buy it, you won't regret it.

The geek squad that came here was absolutely excellent, and knowledgeable, professional, safe when they came to Covid protocols, went the extra mile by helping me with other things in my house that I bought from Best Buy including my Wi-Fi and my remote for my older insignia
