I like to get my speaker or game console on Best buy geek squad always really take care about the customer service.

I don't recall if I had something happened to my purchased item. I guess everything was fine after 4 years later..

I always get the protection plans. I am a total tech support member and plans are sold to me at a discounted rate. I like the feeling I get knowing I have additional coverage to protect my investment in the case of a breakdown.

The drive up process made our warranty exchange pleasant. Then in a couple of days our new unit was delivered to our door. This was delightful for handicapped people! Then we were given a refund which enabled us to purchase the four year warranty!

I always try to purchase geek squad protection for all my big purchase at best buy and they have not failed me. and it gives me peace of mind knowing my items will be fixed or replaced if anything were to happen.

got a protection plan for my last surround sound system, well that busted so i took it back to best buy and because they no longer carried my system i had the option of taking it out for repair or they would provide me with a gift card in the amount i paid for the system. i got the gitcard and bought a sound bar.

We have had Geek Squad protection since we bought our first computer from BestBuy back in 2007. In my opinion, there is no better computer service agreements on the market. We will continue to use them for as long as we have computers in our household. Thank You BestBuy and Geek Squad!!

I’v purchased the Geek Squad protection plan in the past. It came in handy when one of my televisions was malfunctioning. The television could not be repaired, one of the salesman bought over a replacement unit (same model) and I was on my way.

The 4 year protection is a must for all of your items in your house

Ive never had an issue with this Receiver the speakers are the only thing youll have a problem with if you want my sound and bass

Fantastic service. Friendly, patient, thorough. Very pleased. Moved one TV from the home theater room to above the fireplace and installed a larger TV in the home theater. They were in the home over 5 hours. Patient, professional, took the time to answer any and all questions (some of which were probably dumb-sounding (non -tech savvy customers here). Absolutely great.
