Excellent experience and choice the guy's from best buy geek squad did an amazing job putting my 85 inch TV and connecting my surround sound so I can not see my wires, everything was fantastic.

I bought a JBL PartyBox 110 from Best Buy in Daytona Beach with a 4-year Geek Squad Protection Plan. The speaker stopped charging, and the LEDs on one side went out. Should’ve been an easy warranty claim—but it turned into a complete mess. First I was told to bring it into the store. Then I was told to ship it out. I spent over 2 hours on the phone, got transferred and hung up on, and was finally told by a manager they’d likely replace it if I went back in. I did—twice—and still got nothing but a runaround. On top of that, I had to pay out of pocket to ship it using a label they gave me. And after all that? They just sent the same broken speaker right back to me. No repair. No replacement. Nothing. I’ve wasted hours of my time, money, and fuel—and they’ve done absolutely nothing to honor the plan I paid for. Total joke. I’ll never buy another Geek Squad warranty again.

Love the geek squad protection, bestbuy always is good with their geek squad protection and customer service, I personally recommend always getting it cause you never know when you will need it!!!.

Im hoping to go back to best buy and hear the difference between a quality sound bar system vs a sound system with receiver

I purchased an inexpensive sound bar for my great-nephew. I thought it was a wise decision to also purchase Geek Squad Protection for a minimum price & in additional i received peace of mind.

Geek Squad set your mind at ease letting you know you can enjoy your product for longer than normal and knowing that if anything does go wrong they completely have your back and will give you the equivalent or something greater than what you already have

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS get extra protection on any items bestbuy is awesome about returns or exchanges with warranty no hassle at all.

I feel it's best to get just encase, hopefully you're never going to need to use it but just encase it's there
