    Sound bar is ok. Bluetooth is finicky. Geeksquad misdiagnosed issues. Soundbar isn’t as resilient or reliable as other brands.

    I've purchased the extended warranty before and had to us it so I'm never buying something without an extended warranty if I can help it.

    If your product can't be fixed it will be replaced. The techs are very knowledgeable and I don't know what I would do without them.
