Vizio product is trash and their guarantee’s are trash, best buys has zero guarantees, speaker is no longer working after only 1 year, since its outside vizios 1 year guarantee, they will not help fix it. I’m sick and tired of dealing with products that just don’t last and having to deal with red tape and “oh sorry, there simply nothing we can do’s” never again vizio or best buy!

Decent not too loud BT disconnects sometimes. Delivery was fast!

Bought the protection plan for a sound bar. Had to use it today due to a faulty subwoofer. When we took it in for repairs, we were informed it was going to take 6-8 weeks to be repaired and possibly more. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable to make a client wait that long. At that point, they should have just taken our bad unit and given us a new one.

I ordered opene box. It came without soundbar. Customer service for this was terrible. They ran me back and forth from store to corporate. I am a long time Best Buy customer that will no longer shop there

I have not used it yet .and hope that if do the plan help.

Flat sound. Very unimpressed for the price point. would not recommend, much more pleased with my JBL

What a pain to pair with your soundbar or tv, complete piece of junk. Bose is not something I would ever buy again as they have connection problems.

I am assuming my slumber is faulty. It sounds about 20 times worse than the tv speakers. I have troubleshooted endlessly and I give up. It sounds like the treble is constantly at max.

Product is misleading. The two surround sound speakers are not really wireless and have to be wired into an additional bridge, defeating the purpose of being wire-free. The volume of the surround speakers is so low that you might as well not even have it. The sound bar quality is okay, nothing great. I would not recommend this product to anyone at all.

Tried to get my dead tv replaced for two weeks after only a year of use. Two year service contract that they do everything they can to avoid honoring. They can’t fix tv and need to replace the value. Don’t buy Best Buy geek squad service it is a waste of money.

Can not recommend. Twice I've had this item shipped to me and twice it has failed to work properly, causing me to drive to the nearest store to return it the second time.

Not compatible with the HW-A650. Really should have more information that clearly states what it IS and is NOT compatible with.
