Unfortunately I have not requested assistance on the purchase of my soundbar. But I have had issues with my printer and the Geek Squad were very helpful, but I did not have the printer covered. I am happy to say that my new soundbar is covered.

Who doesn't like a good protection plan. I've used their plan mostly on gaming headsets as my son breaks them, but wanted one for my soundbar as I normally don't buy soundbars.

Has never failed me once in all the time I've had it and representatives were easy to work with.

The Geek Squad plans are always valuable. Best Buy gives you no trouble when service is needed.

GEEK SQUAD FTW. It's a no brainer. If it breaks, they fix it or you can return it with remarkable ease.

I think this is an excellent warranty! You can never be too safe, you want to make sure your product is protected throughout the duration of its life!

got a protection plan for my last surround sound system, well that busted so i took it back to best buy and because they no longer carried my system i had the option of taking it out for repair or they would provide me with a gift card in the amount i paid for the system. i got the gitcard and bought a sound bar.

I purchase the 4 year protection plan for a tv. I haven't needed to use it for my current purchase but it is great knowing I have the protection plan. My experiences with protection plans have been no hassle. Highly recommend purchasing if possible.

I set this Samsung sounbar up myself. Sounds great . Easy to connect .

We have had Geek Squad protection since we bought our first computer from BestBuy back in 2007. In my opinion, there is no better computer service agreements on the market. We will continue to use them for as long as we have computers in our household. Thank You BestBuy and Geek Squad!!

The drive up process made our warranty exchange pleasant. Then in a couple of days our new unit was delivered to our door. This was delightful for handicapped people! Then we were given a refund which enabled us to purchase the four year warranty!

Everyone hates me for it but I’ll never not buy the replacement plan . I can vouch for geek squad as say that they will take care of you .
