I always get the protection plans. I am a total tech support member and plans are sold to me at a discounted rate. I like the feeling I get knowing I have additional coverage to protect my investment in the case of a breakdown.

I’v purchased the Geek Squad protection plan in the past. It came in handy when one of my televisions was malfunctioning. The television could not be repaired, one of the salesman bought over a replacement unit (same model) and I was on my way.

Soundbar is small and fits right under most tvs or can even hang. Simple and easy setup for anyone! Sounds really well and a good affordable upgrade for your tv.

Always worth the money for peace of mind. Hope I don't have to use it, but know the team will be there if needed.

I have learned that most of the time it is worth getting the protection. The price for the plan is well worth it. I have only had to ever use it a few times but it is easy and problems.

They were in the home over 5 hours. Patient, professional, took the time to answer any and all questions (some of which were probably dumb-sounding (non -tech savvy customers here). One of the things that I love about Best Buy is there Geek Squad Protection program. Anything breaks just return it and they give you a new one, no questions asked.
