Unless you're a geek yourself, avoid these people!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Complete screw-up by Geek Squad and BestBuy on my brand new laptop when I simply asked how to make the camera work...they refused my service because these two companies never coordinated my purchases and accounts -- then the Lakewood CO store people said it was all my fault!

Ripoff
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This warranty is a ripoff bought it with a sound bar which didn’t last a month they replaced it but I had to buy another warranty for the new one. I could have sent it back to the manufacturer and had it fixed for free and still had a warranty.

Missed The Mark

Two representatives were unable to help me connect the Insignia sound bar to my Insignia TV. I had to have a relative help me. My other experiences with Geek Squad have been great, but they couldn’t help me with this one.

Poor, service dodn't know what they're doing
