I think my purchase of the 4 year standard geek squad protection was a great investment in case of any problems I may face with my product in the future

It takes a while to get a hold of them and you get many clashing dates, plus they did not tell me when the product was returned to the store a month later; BUT it was worth every penny. I got the product back, a subwoofer that blew, and they replaced it with a new product.

Positives: Let me start of by saying this product delivers great sound. Clear. Precise. No distortion. Great quality. Great looking design too Negatives: it had a connectivity issue with my TV. I connected through HDMI ARC connection. It kept turning my tv back on after I turned it off. Whether I used the Bose remote or the TV remote, it didn’t matter. It did the same to my Apple TV. It turned everything back on a second after I turned it off. This was the primary reason for returning the product. The software upgrade didn’t help either. The next thing that bothered me was that my TV had pretty decent sound and it didn’t upgrade the quality to a $700 level. I had bought just the sound bar. No other add-ons. My TV is a Sony XBR930. 55 in. If you don’t have any connectivity issues and if your tv sound isn’t all that great, this is a great product.

Gotta make sure your valuables are covered don’t ever second guess yourself

Fair and affordable price point for the anticipated coverage. Also having access to tech support and possible in person assistance is a plus.

TV's today are built with such quality that you might never need this service, but if it satisfies your peace of mind, go with it.

Anyone buying a big budget item, i’d recommend this for you. At some point, things don’t always last nowadays. But it’s a must have

excellent warranty on the sound bar. if anything goes wrong just take it back to the store. they will swap out a new one or a newer model. i love knowing i dont have to waste money and go buy more stuff.

Being purchased for a outdoor unit. Figured probably be worth it with the extreme weather conditions. Haven’t had to use it.
