- A: AnswerI have no idea what the problem is, but I would read the instructions. There must be a way to do a complete rest. This is why I invested in Geek Squad Protection. All sound bars seem to be flaky.

- A: Answermy guess would be its not paired to tv. I had to try it a couple times when i got mine. I cant help you beyond that. Im not to tech savvy, YET! Maybe call Geek Squad for help or the company who made tv...just guesses here, i have called tv company more than once to get answers before.
