    Don’t let Best Buy fool you into thinking the service will fix all of your problems for free. They can and will fix items that meet their criteria, but be aware they set a limit for how much service you are allowed to have. Roll of the dice.

    My computer would not add my printer. They fixed my computer. I was able to add my printer. I did encounter a lack of communication. No one called to tell me I needed a new hard drive.
