WHEN YOU GET A WARRANTY YOU HOPE YOUR PRODUCT WONT BREAK BUT IF IT DOES BEST BUY WILL FIX OR REPLACE THE ITEM

I have always purchase GSP for my expensive devices. The only reason I was able to get my new TV that this plan goes with is because I had it on my old one!

I like that I will be able to use if anything ever goes wrong. (Within the time frame)

Bought this with my TV. Have not had to use it but it is great to know I have coverage if needed.

The price was fair to protect my purchase. I have yet to have to use the service but am confident in what I am protected against for the price it paid.

Love the product. The protection is good to have on your devices just in case it breaks or doesn't work.

Geek squad is the best and have fixed many issues I have had over the years. Don't leave Best Buy without it.

You never know what can happen! Love having this security that it'll be fixed or replaced. Specially for the price you pay for these things!

I have always loved Best Buy replacement plans, they truly do honor their lemon policies and they try their best to address the problems.

We have excellent experience with the Geek Squad. I called them on our new tv when we had an issue using Netflix. They were very helpful.

Just the thing we needed. It's a must to buy if you have little kids running around.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.
