So happy to have this service. They have installed a TV, completed installation of a printer and wi fi in my home and installed a dishwasher. I have purchases planned for Christmas and Geek Sqaud is my definite go to.

Purchased the Samsung 43" TV for my son. I don't want to get a headache when he tells me it doesn't work. I purchased this 5 year Protection so I didn't need to worry. I would recommend the Geek Squad Protection to all for any product.

I am technologically illiterate and I have to go to the Geek Squad many times to ask what they probably feel are stupid questions. They are always polite and help me with my problems. I go to the Gravios Bluffs store in St. Louis and they usually fix my problem right in front of me while I wait.

Geek Squad is very much worth it if you need help setting a device up or mounting a tv! Also are reliable when you want to make a claim for a device.

I bought a Hisense Roku t.v. that blinked out on me after a few years and I didn’t get the extended warranty. When I purchased the LG t.v. I definitely included an extended warranty package.

The Geek Squad are some of the most professional individuals I have ever worked with. Jeremiah and Dakota in Joplin are friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. It was a pleasure meeting them and watching them work. They are awesome!

Defiantly worth having this protection for an oled tv. Best Buy is the only warrant that covers burn in. This gives me peace of mind when making such a large purchase. It is expensive. Would not buy another oled without the warranty

No one ever wants to have to use this but it’s best safe than sorry so we always opt for this added coverage. It’s so much less stress when something goes wrong and just added peace of mind for that “what if” moment. Definitely worth the investment.

Bought a 55inc OLED…. Of course I’m gonna buy the warranty. It’s why I got my old one replaced with the new one.

I always get the protection from best buy have had no issues with it at all and am loyal to them for electronics

I’ve had The Geeks on everything I’ve bought from Best Buy. I have been so pleased with their ability to fix each of my computers when I’ve problems. I’ve recently had to get a new microwave and even that was a breeze. Thank you Geeks for being there.

I usually don't get the protection plan but I bought a $2,000 television so I thought I ought to have to get the 5-year so now I feel safer. Mmmm much safe. I would recommend the protection plan on purchases over $1,000.

High end tv’s are expensive and I have had bad luck with other brands high end tv and want to protect my investment. I will be sad for waisting the money if in 5 years nothing goes wrong but I would cry if I have spent another 2500 on a tv and it breaks in 2 years with no coverage. Protection well worth it

Good tv to watch the streaming channels and hook up too

We were smart this time and got the protection plan. We have gone through several TVs. We have kids and now I can relax knowing if another lego goes through my tv I’m not gonna stress out about it will be protected.
