Have not had to use it yet. A little overpriced, but it does give you some piece of mind.

I believe that Geek Squad Protection Plan should start 1 year after the manufacturer warranty has expired. It doesn’t make make sense that both plan start at the same time. If I buy something in 2018, then I have until 2019 from the manufacturer warranty, thus, my geek Squad warranty should expire in 2021 if it’s for 2 years or 2024 for 5 years. Geek Squad please work on that. Thank you

Never purchase geek squad protection. It is impossible to actually get support. The phone support is terrible, you can’t file a claim online. You have to physically go in the store and on larger items they basically just won’t help you

if you use the geek squad warranty. you have to purchase another warranty...makes no sense

I think this is the insurance for the tv moms fell accidentally while mopping she slipped and tv’s screen broke and insurance doesn’t cover but will be glad if she can atleast get some money of the insurance since she will no longer need it. Exp 2022

Don't know much about them Didn't ever have to use them for any of my products.

My tv broke and they tried fixing it 3 times not finding the problem just changing different parts (guess work) took a month to replace then when they did they gave me a tv 140 less then my original tv I bought last year. Plus I had lost the protection I paid 200 for and have repurchase a new one for the new tv(200)... All in all I lost 540 while having insurance. Great for everything except tv's over 55 inchs

I didn't get my order delivered because the delivery company didn't receive my order. Sao, I have requested for my money to be returned. Hopefully, I will get my refund for an order that I did not receive.

hopefully won't have to use this, but for the price, I always buy Best Buy service plans

Don't know if this was or is a good purchase on my behalf. Seems like they find more ways to empty your wallet on something you really may not need. I like Geek Squad service, but their prices are somewhat high.
