    It was just a small breakdown on my LG 65 "television. The technician came to my home but he was unable to find the breakdown and he said that the insurance did not cover my problem.I called another technician in 5 minutes, he solved the problem. I am above the geek squad.their technician need more training.

    This product is horrible. Printer heads keep getting clogged. Spent an extra 65 bucks to get it going and it did no good. Took my t back and exchanged it.

    My television broke in 7 months. It won’t turn on, Geek Squad took 2 weeks to get to my home only to tell me that they couldn’t fix my 82” television and the repair isn’t covered under the 5 year warranty I purchased for and paid for in total. They told me to get a new TV. I should have gotten insurance through Samsung directly. Thanks for all the help!!

    They delivered this beautiful tv on on March 9 I believe and at that time I didn’t have the money to buy the protection plan . And when I had the money I been calling to buy the 5 years and it’s been a nightmare . First I called the store and they said I can’t go there bcs the store it’s close due to the corona virus so they gave me this numbers that I been calling for couple days and they put me on hold for hours. And always get the wrong department. It’s so frustrating that I gave up. Pls help me if u see this review. ALL I WANT IS TO BUY EXTRA PROTECTION PLAN THATS ALL...

    I called in a week after purchasing the TV and a two-year protection plan. A week later I called to extend the plan to five years. The representative told me it went through, but it didn't. I will be purchasing from Amazon from now on.

    You never know when you need this coverage but it is so overpriced. Plus if you make a claim you are only guaranteed the products worth at that time not exceeding what you spent....

    Never again ill pay for a geek squad service they just to be great but after the pandemic they schedule your service for 1 month from the date you request and then they justify your issue and they dont replace your item like in the past

    After paying all that money for a 2 year geek squad protection plan I called because Netflix would not come up the TV kept giving me an error message. Gueek squad said that if they came out to check it out and the message did not pop up while they were at the house then they would charge me for coming out to my house. Even though I offered to take a picture for them, and I told them what the error messages said. I don't see how paying all that money helps if they want to charge me for coming out. Very frustrating. And my TV still have the error message occasionally. The only fix I could find an online blogs was unplug my TV hit the power button and plug it back in. Which that works but I shouldn't have to do that in the middle of a movie a 2-4 times a week. They also said geek squad could not help me over the phone. How does that even make sense?

    Useless. Does not cover accidental damage like cracked TV screen only if something is inherently wrong with the TV. However, doesn't the manufacturer cover that? This is useless.
