Does not really work that well all things considered. For $100 its a joke

I feel I was taken advantage of. I should have been notified when I purchased the geek squad protection that it does not cover certain manufactures. I am stuck with a 75" Hisense tv that does not work and I am not getting any help.

Wouldnt recommend. Seems pretty much useless. Paying for 2years but realistically can only use after the first year of manufacture warranty.

I haven't received or had to use yet but I'm sure it is good.

I was made to wait online for 25 minutes to be told to call a phone number. Next I called the phone number and waited for another 25 minutes listening to the persons background noise painfully obvious he was doing nothing to finally ask him to just get an appointment for me to have someone come out for my TV. I am STILL WAITING!! and being told just a minute sir...He didnt put me on hold and I can hear nothing going on. No typing, no consulting with anyone else. No update status on what is happening. NOTHING!!! Customer service person's name is Andre.

I have purchased 4 flat screen TV's from BB, I also purchased protect plan for all of them, however when I needed said protection I was told it does not cover cracked screens. I was told when I purchased the TV's AND two computers I was told that the protection plan covered 'EVERYTHING I COULD POSSIBLY THROW AT IT". They even have advertisements on their website that the plans cover everything. Monday when I needed to use the protection I paid for they tell me, "sorry but it does not cover cracked screen". I know dozens of other people that have been told the same thing about the protection plans and the same thing happened to them. Best Buy used to be the only place I considered when making a purchase of any type of electronics, NO MORE BestBuy, you have lost a very loyal customer.

It is impossible to get anyone online to help. I had a problem with tv not reading my WiFi connection I tried resetting to factory defaults but after a day it just randomly connected to WiFi again. I’m afraid this is going to again and again.

Because I did not open my box right away I did not know the screen was cracked. So now I don’t have a tv. It was a gift so I had to buy another tv .

Good option to protect your appliances for at least a few years

Purchased a smart tv with amazon fire system. Would not have purchased had i known that it wouldnt allow me to watch the purchased movies on saved vudu. Amazon so money hungry they want me to repurchase the movies from them. Will look at returning the tv as its a dumb tv not smart.

I bought this just to be safe. I am hoping that I never need it.

reliable service if a problem should occur. it's worth it

Hopefully I won't need it, but I did buy the Geek Squad policy.

It's little expensive but always good to have for peace of mind.

i hated my experience with this service. my tv had problems but they said i had to go through the manufacturer who was useless. i had a dead tv for a full year before the geek squad protection kicked in, and i haven’t bought any more protection since.

Could be a lil more professional but overall they alright.

Not helpful at all. They still very much charge for everything.
