    TV Is great! Tv is worth buying but geek squad is a joke. If your thinking of getting “geek squad protecting” might as well throw your money to the trash.

    Geek is only to stole your money that’s it. I purchased 2 geek protection and in both situation I have to buy a new product. Totally waste of money. Never ever going to spend my money on geek or Best Buy.

    Not good. Can't utilize untill after manufacturer's warranty runs out!-- Thus not worth the extra cost!!

    They do not cover what you think they will. Also God forbid you need to get a refund for a service plan its like pulling teeth. So If you buy a 3,000 TV dont waist you money on the service plan they won't cover it.

    The Geek Squad service I paid for expired about two and a half months before my TV quit working (no picture), so I didn't get to use it.

    5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection) this what it gets you best buy will sale you a 50" Insignia but will not let you bring into store to get check out and see why i wont work will had off to sum out fit in Kansas n they decide when to come look @ it Geek Squad has me for a Appointment on the 18th but White Eagle Technologies has it as when we can get parts if no sound r black screen n will not come on what PART IS going to fix this will be the 2nd in 2yrs i dont talk bad bout a biz ness but 2 weeks for a answer is wrong
