No worthwhile

I have requested another TV but told that I was going on to be charged $133 on install of the TV from where y’all bought a TV here that don’t work properly. If I wanted the TV that don’t work properly, I could’ve kept the one that I had. It works better than the TV that was bought here.

Replacing my tv

Still Don't Know What I Paid For!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Couldn't access service for an out-of-the-box problem with the covered TCL tv I purchased due to poor website functionality, although I did get an email after giving up that advised me to do what I had tried without success to do. I really don't know if there's any real value to what I purchased except for just extending the timeframe for returning the covered item for replacement.

Warranty Issue

When we finally got somebody, they gave us a confirmation # & said we would get an email to set up an appt. Never got it. Now on hold for over an hr & automated says we have appt. Today (before talking to anyone). Agent says we need to schedule, then put on hold 5 times, then dead air & hung up.

IMHO: Warranty is not fair

Unlike other stores whose warranty kicks in a year AFTER the manufacturer's warranty ends, Best Buy's Geek Squad starts the moment you either leave the store with your purchase or accept delivery of your purchase. If I had realized this, I never would have purchased my Insignia NS-55D420NA16 55" HD TV from them. Because of their warranty rules, I will NEVER purchase from them again and I will recommend to my family and friends not to purchase anything substantial that will require an warranty from Best Buy.

GEEKS DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL

Best GEEK came to my home said I banged it there is a BIG difference between a TV melting and a bang!! BESY BUY IS A TOTAL RIPOFF EVEN AFTER PURCHASING THIS SERVICE!!!

Poor geek squad service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They would not unwrap and inspect my dishwasher they dropped it at the door would not allow me time to open it myself said it wasn’t their job they were too busy and had to go. They told me they wouldn’t drive their big truck on my concrete drive they would carry it from the road they showed up drove right to the door then told me they were going to carry it more than 50 feet.

Then went to set up an appointment to be repaired and was told No they would not repair it.
