    I was told when I bought my grandkids the TV, that getting the Geek Squad protection plan would cover anything to do with the TV. The screen cracked from the inside some how and Geek Squad said they would clean the TV but that was it. I really could have bought the TV from __________ or _______ for the response I got from them I tried calling the 1 -800 number when they found out what I was calling about I was on hold for like an hour, finally had to hang up. Won't get the protection plan again, it's a waste of money. Guessing I have to buy my grands a TV every year if I buy it from here.

    Not worth your money! We purchased this only to find out it would only cover if like the light bulb inside the tv went out. Just take care of your tv !!

    New corporate Scam - Geek Squad Protection Plan

    Aweful experience best buy kept me circling for 5 months May 2024 to Sept 2024, With no one showing up on their in home appointments. Then they won't service the TV in store.

    I spent the extra money to protect my TV and wallet if there was anything to happen to it. Google the internet stuff and how to connect your TV in the ways that you want. My 3 month old 50' smart TV happened to get it's screen cracked. When I called to see what I could do, I immediately was stopped during my sentence and was told by the service member, "We don't protect your TV from a cracked screen." Really? Why would you buy a protection plan for a time like I am currently experiencing, only to be told that what I thought I was buying is actually an unprotected plan.

    Warranty and Delivery - paying tax on a delivery fee and warranty is not a good business practice towards the consumer. These items are services; they are not products.

    I wouldn’t buy it again. If the product cannot be fixed you get a refund on the unfixable but NOT THE GEEK SQUAD WARRANTY

    Got a year left warranty on this TV and I cant even get a simple question asked to when my delivery is suppose to be here. Been on hold for over 45 minutes just to get hung up on.....Sad customer service

    Tried several times to contact “Geek Squad”! Every time I called, there was 20 to thirty minutes, wait time. No one could help me with my problem. It wasn’t worth the money I wasted, for Geek Squad protection. What a waste!!!

    The geek squad never honored my 5 year extended warranty after the TV malfunction two years after purchasing it. The geek squad tech never showed up to the second appointment. never again with Best Buy.

    Useless Plan for a Poor Quality TV

    It appears we purchased a plan that does nothing that will address the problems with our Hisense - 65" Class H9G Quantum Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV. Please see our 1-star TV review titled "Not such a good deal after all" The plan cost almost 25% of the purchase price when we bought the TV in April 2021. Nothing but problems with the TV since. Purchasing this was a huge regret.

    Motion blur and no good blacks

    Bought this spent about 6-8 hours calibrating colors to get a decent picture. Gave up and returned . Maybe I had a bad set . But any fast motion was horrible . The blacks are light grey to navy blue. And lastly on dark movies the blacks areas turned in to black blocks which stands out to me . The 4K market needs to go a little farther on the picture and work out these bugs . Sadly my older set of which were top the line of their day 4-5 years ago out preformed this on motion/ and clarity . But these have the color but Bing big time soap Oprah effects to achieve a happy medium
