    Motion blur and no good blacks

    Bought this spent about 6-8 hours calibrating colors to get a decent picture. Gave up and returned . Maybe I had a bad set . But any fast motion was horrible . The blacks are light grey to navy blue. And lastly on dark movies the blacks areas turned in to black blocks which stands out to me . The 4K market needs to go a little farther on the picture and work out these bugs . Sadly my older set of which were top the line of their day 4-5 years ago out preformed this on motion/ and clarity . But these have the color but Bing big time soap Oprah effects to achieve a happy medium

    Regret buying it. My TV broke and thought that the warranty was going to cover it. Saddle it didn't and I was out a $1,000 TV. Talked to different workers and they each said something different. But none of them helped.

    I tried to replace a TV that went bad and the company that does the TV replacements was a bunch of rude jerks. I finally got a manager at the actual store to help me as the replacement people were useless.

    Plan not worth it for tvs. Didnt cover my tv. When my screen goes black they say its damaged but thats not covered. Wtf!!!

    Will never every buy another geek squad plan. Most of the time what the agent tells you regarding the benefits of the plan is not true.

    I purchased​ this Bluetooth headset and purchase the extra warranty...glad I did because my headset went out and best buy didn't have a problem exchanging it since I had the extra warranty.

    Not worth buying when they only offer geek squad protection plan “without ADH”. When time comes that you have to move and your tv goes with you and when accident happens. You’re screwed. One time Replacement remote is all its good for. Waste of money.

    When ever I have called the geek squad they are not all that knowledge and I waste hours waiting to get answers. They always want my to leave the item and I get the answers and fix online. In half the time.

    Cumbersome process.

    if you can, just purchase a 43in or better. The process for tv repair is cumbersome and even more arduous when your tv is less than 43in. Best Buy determined my tv cannot be repaired but I have to go to the store to get my store credit even though I may not be buying a new tv from this location. The only reason I would still recommend the protection plan is because it saved me from having to purchase a new tv out right.

    The agents seemed to rush, but had time to offer additional products. Their answers to questions were too techie. I won’t be renewing service.

    Not worth your money doesn't cover

    My remote control I broken less than 6 months old and they say it is an accessory, not covered under their warranty so they tell me to call Vizio and they also say not covered. I am not a happy customer at all. I bought a TV from Walmart and after 3 years the remote stopped working. I called in on the warranty through Walmart and they shipped me one out immediately, no questions asked. Much better protection plan. I will never buy another TV from Best Buy!!

    Its not worth buying any protection plans for apliances. When i bought the TV,I was told that the protection covered everything,including accidental falls,hits,anything in general. Turns out its just a way to get you to purchase something that wont cover anything. Complete disappointment

    This would have been a fantastic 5-year protection plan if customer service would only take my television back. They couldn't replicate the problem in the store so it became our problem, not theirs.
