    They never answer and I called about my tv it had a black line at the bottom and the guy transfered me to tcl and I was like what the heck I got the plan through y’all not tcl and tcl didn’t even answer horrible service

    Overpriced for the coverage. Was in a situation that I had to get it to cover myself, otherwise I would have passed.

    1 -Difficult to get through; 2 - poor service quality, we've put in multiple calls and problem persists; 3 - be ready to spend the day at home waiting, appointment windows are wide enough to drive a truck through.

    Really one of the worst experience! Spending $200 for total tech and this is what I got?? No one shows up on schedule! I was waiting for all day and I didn't get any proper solution nor updates!

    You can’t get any assistant until manufactures warranty is up even though you pay for 2 years you only get one which is a rip off

    GS did not show up for scheduled appointment

    Not only did GS not show but I didn’t get a call or anything!! I called and spoke with a GS manager who said they maybe running late. After then, still no show or explanation. I cancelled the entire order the next day. Terrible service and a waste of my time!

    After 2 years the TV developed a black line down the center of the TV. Now Geek Squad is saying that I need to pay to have the TV fixed even-though I bought the 5 year protection.

    I am supposed to have a 3 year Standard Geek Squad, but for some reason it was taken without my permission. I just exchanged a television not my service agreement and I have yet to get a response on how it is to be resolved. Angry and Frustrated. You can't take something away from me that I did not turn in.

    Broken screen

    My tv screen got broke , i call geeq squad and settle appointment, but guy came from geeq squad said , they dont cover broken screen.. so i make a big mistake to buy tv from best and pay another extra $100 to protection .

While Geek Squad Protection for televisions would cover things such as malfunctioning internal components and dead pixels from the result of normal use, it wouldn’t cover accidental damage from handling.     Over 3 weeks and still do not have TV replacement

    After scheduling 3 appointments and canceling because the part did not come in, I'm told today that I can't go into the store to replace my TV. They have to ship it and it can take up to 10 business to get the new TV. This has been the worst experience.

    If you're thinking about buying the protection don't. It's useless and doesn't cover much of anything.

      Depending on the item, there could be multiple options for different plans that may cover more.     I bought this thinking I was getting two more years of warranty coverage on my tv on top of the manufactures warranty but find out later that the two years start at the date of purchase. Had I known this I would not have bought anything!

    I got an email saying my device protection was canceled by me..Best buy canceled my protection. I did not do this. They said i returned my tv and canceled my protection for the tv. I called and they said it was permanently canceled and nothing i can do about it. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWFUL PLACE...

    Buy a smart tv with extended warranty also purchased the install and setup by geek squad.So they come and hook everything up got it all set up in like an hour. 3 months or so later the tv falls off the mount and slams into our tv stand then to the floor. So I call best buy tell them what happened they tell me to call geek squad. I call they tell me they don't have a install and setup and refused to help me.Needless to say I had to take another course and I can only hope to get this resolved.

    No need to purchase additional coverage, you only get a store credit for whatever you paid for an item and mine was a Samsung Ultra HD Smart TV. Supposed to get a comparable tv on replacement, but yes If I WANT TO PAY AND ADDITIONAL $130.00 plus tax!!!! I would rate protection plan a BIG FAT ZERO!

    I was given a date for the Geek Squad to mount my TV and they never showed up. I called in an was given the run around and then was given another appointment 3 weeks later! Once the men finally came they couldn't mount my TV. My husband had to do it!

    It's a joke, it's just a money maker, they charge for everything unless it is the TV you bought, everything else has to be brought back to the store for repair or replacement, no matter how many times you bring it back and it will not work. They wanted $150.00 to come to my home to calibrate my Samsung sound bar that the associate said would work with my Samsung TV. Why would a brand new Samsung product have to be calibrated to work with another Samsung product, a Smart TV at that.
