    I would not recommend any protection plans or Best Buy in general. They find every way in the world to get out of having to cover problems that arise.

    I bought this twice for my tvs and I did not get my money back. Not happy, and they did not show me anything that stated i couldnt get my money back after the 3rd tv.

    Didn't protect against the TV breaking. Worthless insurance that doesn't transfer to new items. Waste of extra money.

    Questioning my decision to get protection plan

    Tv is currently broken , they won’t exchange , they ordered a part but have no Idea when it will get here . The TV is under 2 warranties and I still can’t return it .

    My TCL tv screen cracked and TCL of course won't repair it. The extended warranty won't either. I was offered a refund of $28.00..

    I was told the tv was protected from anything it happen to it. Not true and I was going to be charge for my tv to be looked at on top of my purchase of my protection!

    5 year protection plan

    There appears to be no way to get a copy of the protection plan, nor download an actual paper copy of the receipt for your personal records. Not even a transaction number could be had. I am NOT a very happy customer, nor feeling too reliant in case I actually require a repair, with no physical receipt.

We should also be able to get you a copy of your receipt if the item was purchased in a store if you visit a store or call us at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289). If your order was placed online, you can print out the order confirmation email and that will serve as a receipt.
