Questioning my decision to get protection plan

5 year protection plan

Not even a transaction number could be had. I am NOT a very happy customer, nor feeling too reliant in case I actually require a repair, with no physical receipt.

We should also be able to get you a copy of your receipt if the item was purchased in a store if you visit a store or call us at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289). If your order was placed online, you can print out the order confirmation email and that will serve as a receipt.
