    Inreached out about a lag in my TV multiple times, but they kept redirecting me to other people. My issue has still not been resolved.

    If you have a tv it will NOT BE COVERED BU GEEK SQUAD THATS WHAT THEY TELL YOU AFTER YOU BUY IT, but before you buy it they say it does!!!!!!

    I needed to return this since I ended up switching TVs because mine was faulty.. they said it would take 2 weeks until I got a refund. Unacceptable.

    I picked up a new TV and when I unpacked it was already broken in the whole corner. When i went to replace it, bestbuy and especially geek squad wouldn’t help and told me I broke it.

    I have five year warranty on my 2 tv's and my washing machine. I.hope.when.I call.for.repairs.I will mot be.told to contact a.third party. I did have geek.squad.install the.tv's.and that.took several.tires.and.two.months.to complete.

    Watch out for their extended warranties. Best Buy prorates them and gives you nothing back on their policy you bought. So. whatever your policy cost you will eat that cost.

    not worth for TV, Most TV Iv had get cracks for any little movement that is why I bought extra warranty. But it does not cover that. it practically only covers what original warranty already covers.

    They did not correct the 2 flashing red lights on

    they did not address power issue (2 flashes red light) because of white spot on screen. No were in sony trouble shooting does it say that a white stop on screen is a power issue. If power issue was fixed I have a full screen to watch with just a white spot.

    Geek squad said I did not have this product and did not fix my pc after it messed up installing their webroot internet security with antivirus. They wanted to charge me 150 -199 for this protection I already paid for and told me I did not have.
