    So my 4 year old daughter tipped the TV that was covered over and put a line in the display. Warranty does not cover accidental so why have warranty if you can just go through the manufacture for free warranty. I wouldn't recommend warranty on TV's

      Hi Larry – While our Geek Squad Protection plans on televisions do not cover accidental damage, they do cover things that a manufacturer’s warranty does not, and they last longer.     Not worth it they give you the same service as manufacture for that you rather save the money for when you need to fix something on it

    The geek squad protection is over priced went to buy a 75 inch uhd samsung and beside they were charging full retail for tv they also were charging $1,200 for this protection. I will take my business to costco were they have better customer service I give you guys an F

    Can't access plan

    When I received the email about this plan there is a button to press in the email in order to access my plan. That leads to a page that asks for my phone number. It keeps telling me I entered the wrong number. I called support and they were unable to help me.

    Geek squad sucks they have canceled my subscriptions to early on numerous items and never notified me my paytwas near due. when I call I ask to transfer me to a manager or supervisor, they play games. I am looking into legal action

    Warranty does not cover TV remote

    We purchased our Samsung smart TV 11 months ago for $3000 and purchased the $280 2 year extended warranty. The SmartHub remote quit working and Best Buy (after spending 15 minutes reading through the fine print) said the remote is not covered under the warranty.

    No too thrilled with geek squad I pay for a service that is no help I have taken my comp many times and basically no help they don't even try to fix the problem still having problems with my comp to this day

    Protection Plan do not protect

    My TV screen started cracked after 1 yr later and Best Buy customer services told me Plan does not cover crack. What is the protection plan for???
