Protection plans are great.

You think you are getting a warranty for your products and to have them repaired or replaced and that is not the case. So I think is not worth the paper it is written on.

Geek squad is a joke

You would expect the "GEEK" squad to be a bit more geeky and have the basics right. Highly disappointed.
