    this is a terrible warranty. its a waste of money when this covers nothing but what the manufacture covers! very disappointed! #squaretrade!!! square trade warranties are so much better.

    Was excited to use geek squad but, the were not really helpful when in the end it was a simple fix.

    This is a waste of time and money. Best Buy does not hold up to its commitment to help from the Geek squad.

    When you need to use the warranty suddenly there is exclusions. Never buying warranty again....maybe the people selling it should team up with geek squad and get on the same page
