    Plan was returned for a refund because the tv was apparently broken before it was handed to me at the store. So frustrating.

      Hello Lg65 – We would not be able to sell a Geek Squad Protection Plan on an item that is not in like-new condition. The good news is that if you just bought your television, it should be under a manufacturer’s warranty. I suggest reaching out to the manufacturer to see if they’re able to get your television fixed. If the television as bought in the past 15 days, it may also be returnable under our Return & Exchange Promise, as long as it is not physically damaged.     2-4 weeks without your device or product. They dont tell you about this when you purchase it.

    It's much easier to have IT work done remotely rather than dragging your tower to the store. Disappointing service!

Our Best Buy Total Tech Support plan, powered by Geek Squad, does offer remote software service at no additional charge. Please consider signing up the next time your computer needs service to avid unhooking your computer and brining it down to your local store.
