I have not needed this plan yet but I know from past experience that my plan will pay for itself in a single repair.

Got this warranty for the TV i vought as a gift. I always buy warranties for my products

Covers everything including replacement if needed also geek squad will come and take it down if needed

We had some kind of error message and I called Geek Squad and they came out, repaired it free of charge and showed me how to do what they did in the future.

Glad that I could get a 5 year warranty but keep in mind it’s really 4years because warranty starts with manufacture warranty

Its always great to have peace of mind when it comes to protection of home electronics. Geek Squad totally delivers!

The agents showed up punctual and professional. They are knowledgeable and helped me solved my TV problem.

We bought the Best Buy 5-year Warranty for our 55" Sony TV as an insurance policy. Although the warranty document doesn't state this fact, the warranty begins the day you purchase it.... much easier than dealing with Sony.

Bought the protection to cover my investment! Haven’t had to use it! Hope it stays that way! Have had Samsung for years and never ANY service calls!

Good experience with the extra warranties on electronics, so a good value for the cost. I have used this type of warranty a month before the expire date with success.

We have not had to use this product yet. We have never had problems with the Geek Squad before.

So far geek squad has been very helpful with all my purchases. Best Buy’s automated phone tree experience could definitely be improved but when I finally get a person they are always well informed and helpful.

I bought a 2 yr protection just in case. I have had my device for almost 4 weeks and works well.

I never used geek squad, but when I had questions they always knew how to answer, my things never got damaged so I didn’t use it but great people.

My Samsung t.v turn black. Complete . After 3 years. Brought 75 inch with Geek protection plan.
