The agents mounted my TV and connected my sound bar . Well worth the money to cover two years inhouse.

Remember when THEY said, "You can't buy Peace of Mind".... Well they lied lol. You get it at Best Buy.

Try going anywhere else for tech support and were lucky to spend less than a C note. They do a decent job and cant beat the convenience and price.

Good value for peace of mind. On a previous TV purchase, we did not buy this protection. It took two weeks to get the manufacture warranty resolved.

My Geek Squad protection saved me when my tv died. They covered it and I was able to get another without any charge. Thanks, Best Buy.

I went to my local BB to replace a tv that failed after only 2 months. Instead of giving me the run around, they replaced it. Good job..
