    Haven't had to use it yet but I wanted to make sure my TV was covered for a couple years in case I have any issues

    This has been a good product for my family when we have had a problem this has easy to take the geek squad and hey fixed or find our problem.

    Having called about a problem with new tv purchase and being told I would be charged for something not working that I purchased the 5 year extended warranty for. Was also told I would need to bring it in for repair. It's a 49 inch tv which is supposed to be covered for in home service. I had to contact support to get resolved. I'm giving a recommend, but with reservations.

    This geek protection is worth the cost. Although i did not have to use it. It was great knowing if something were to happen we would be covered

    My TV went out and because I had geek squad protection, they were unable to fix my so they replaced it wiith a new model. Totally awesome.
