    They hooked up the television and did not coordinate the remote. Also they did not check the picture as the tv was defective. When I called for service, they told me it would be nearly 2 weeks. When service came out, they said it should have been replaced not serviced as it is a new television. I scheduled a replacement and no one showed up. I called and was told someone would contact me and no one did.

    I don't recommend anyone to get Geek Squad service for their TV only because they changed what the insurance company will cover. They no longer cover if a TV is damaged by accident from a fall due to small children. Or cracked screens. They only cover if the TV have manufacturer issues inside of the TV. So once its broke by a child, which is the most reason why anyone would do a insurance claim, dont expect to get it fix. You’ll have to buy a new one. Any other Geek Squad service yes. Just not on TV's
